A Note on Doing Less

The to-do list was full and the day still felt empty. So I tried the other direction.

One task before noon, done completely. A walk without a podcast. Tea made the long way, loose leaves, the kettle allowed to finish its sentence.

Nothing measurable improved. Everything else did.

Doing less is not laziness with better branding. It is quality control for attention — the recognition that a day, like a page, needs margins to be readable.

White space is not empty. It is where the reading happens.

The same idea, set in type: an-empty-desk.

Are you absolutely sure?

This action cannot be undone.
